AmericaRx charges sales tax on nonprescription orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York - the location of our Corporate WareHouse headquarters. The tax rate applied to your order will match the current rate at the location of our corporate WareHouse headquarters. Therefore, the sales tax rate applied to your order may be different from your local rate. All other orders shipped to addresses in the remaining 49 states, including US Territory and APO/FPO addresses, will not be subject to sales tax.

Shipping Your Orders is the top priority at AmericaRx. Unless noted otherwise any issue in the ordering pipeline, AmericaRx ships all items within two to three business days after receiving an order. You will receive notification of any partial shipment, delay or cancellation of your order. Weather delays may add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery date of your order. All Orders Billing and Shipping Information must contain valid email and postal addresses.
AmericaRx Order fulfilling Information
Cut off time for processing the same day orders is 11:30 A.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME. All orders after the CUT OFF time cannot be canceled.
All orders after the CUT OFF time on holidays and weekends will be processed NEXT WORKING DAY ONLY. This applies for every shipping option including EXPEDITE shipping. That means if an order placed after 11.30 AM EST will be shipped on the next day even though the Customer selected the Two Day Shipping Option.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing tracking information for your package(s).
All orders containing TOYS & ELECTRONICS, AEROSOL SPRAYS and MOBILITY AIDS once placed cannot be cancelled. Also Returns & Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days of invoice date. Once order is shipped, we are not responsible for Defected TOYS & ELECTRONICS. Customers have to be deal with Manufacturers for replacement or refunds. AmericaRx will not encourage any claims of any sort in this regards.
We accept returns. Before that we try to solve your issue if any. Please email us. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of invoice date. Customer must call prior to returning any product.
Any returned product must be accompanied with a return authorization number, written explanation for return, and a copy of the original invoice if applicable.
We accept returns but the BUYER has to pay for the shipping. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of DELIVERY DATE. If you wish to return your product after 30 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days. Customer must e-mail us firstname.lastname@example.org and confirm prior to returning any product.
Please package the returning product properly in a padded-mailer or box (we prefer the original packing), with all of the original material.

Item(s) shipped by AmericaRx® may be returned for a refund. Please note our conditions below. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
• Item must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
• All items must be unopened, unused and in the original saleable packaging.
• An RMA must be requested from customer service with the returned package. Contact us at email@example.com
• A 15% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed to all returned products, unless the return is because of company/carrier error. Be advised that fashion accessories, skincare, hair care, Toys & Electronics and makeup products are non-returnable.
• Discounts/Coupons: The amount refunded for returned items exclude discounts/coupons.
• Damaged/Wrong Shipment: Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt to submit a claim.
• Canceled Orders: Eligible for full refund, including S&H, if canceled prior to order fulfillment.
• Refused Items: A 15% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed accordingly.
• Returned to Sender: Actual Shipping & Handling fee will be assessed unless it was the result of our carrier's error.
• International Package Returns: We cannot accept any international returns at this time. No refund will be given. This includes PO box, APO/FPO, Alaska and Hawai orders.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Follow the instructions below:
1. Email or call us to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA). We will email you a RMA number and instructions for the return within 24-48 hours.
2. Securely package up the unused item(s) you wish to return or exchange in the original packaging to ship your product. Fill out the approved RMA# that has been emailed or provided to you and include it with your return.
3. We recommend that you obtain a delivery confirmation number and insure your returned package. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit to our warehouse.
4. You need to send the item back prepaid by you within 30 days of invoice date shown.
5. Write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
